Sep-20-2011 — Another award nomination for "Elsie’s Bird"

"Elsie’s Bird" written by Jane Yolen and illustrated by David Small has been nominated for the 2012-2013 Nebraska Golden Sower Primary Award. Three children’s choice literary awards are presented annually: Primary Book category, Intermediate Grades category and Young Adult category. The winners, chosen by Nebraska school children, will be announced in May 2012.
